Sealed catering boxes handed over at the aircraft stairs on the Opa-locka ramp at dusk

OPF · Opa-locka Executive

Catering for Opa-locka departures.

OPF is where most of South Florida's business aviation actually sits, and it's the field we reach fastest. Short-notice requests that would be unrealistic elsewhere are often workable here — but the answer still depends on what's in the kitchen at that hour, so we tell you before you commit.

What matters when you're catering this field.

Our shortest reliable run

Proximity to the kitchen means less time in transit and more time cooking. That matters most on hot food, which arrives closer to its intended service temperature than it would after a Palm Beach drive.

Multiple FBOs, different handoff rules

OPF hosts several operators and each handles vendor access differently. Tell us the FBO name on the request and we confirm whether the drop is at the front desk, the ramp or aircraft-side before we roll.

Heavy international mix

Latin America and Caribbean legs dominate here. We plan for longer cabin service windows, pack a cold course that survives the wait, and keep re-therm instructions short enough to follow mid-flight.

Crew meals aren't an afterthought

Flight-deck and cabin-crew meals are labeled separately, packed to be eaten at different times, and priced sensibly. Add them to the brief and they'll be sequenced apart from the principal's service.

Airports we deliver to here

OPF

Miami-Opa Locka Executive

Primary field for our fastest turns. Give us the FBO and tail number and we coordinate the handoff directly with the desk or the crew.

TMB

Miami Executive

Frequent alternate for lighter aircraft when OPF is congested. Slightly longer drive — plan an extra window on hot food.

MIA

Miami International

Common repositioning pair with OPF. Ramp access is controlled, so the handoff point is confirmed in advance.

FBO and aircraft-side delivery depends on facility access and coordination with the FBO or handling agent. We confirm the handoff point with you before the order goes out.

Timing and ordering.

A submitted request is not a confirmed order. We contact you directly to confirm the menu, timing and handoff. For departures inside four hours, submit and call at the same time.
